Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hbertram777@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions. Please do not send back items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hbertram777@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved.
